Échappée Verte SARL, a limited liability company under Moroccan law, registered in the Marrakech Trade Register under number 79783, with its registered office located at Massira III, Building A, No. 710 12, 40000 Marrakech (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”),

The Customer, whose identity is mentioned in the reservation form, agrees to the following:

Article 1 – Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of the Organizer and the Customer in connection with booking and participating in a tour or activity offered by Échappée Verte SARL.

Article 2 – Services

The services offered (tour, activities, accommodation, meals, local transportation, etc.) are described on the website or in the personalized quote sent to the Customer. Only services explicitly mentioned as included are included in the price.

Article 3 – Price and Payment

  • Prices are quoted in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and Euros and include applicable taxes.
  • Payment is made according to the terms specified at the time of booking (deposit and balance before departure, or full payment at the time of booking).
  • The reservation is only confirmed after receipt of the agreed payment and sending of a written confirmation.

Article 4 – Cancellation and Modification

  • Cancellation by the Customer: All cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail). Fees may apply depending on the date of cancellation in relation to the departure date. These fees will be specified in the quote or booking form.
  • Cancellation by the Organizer: In the event of force majeure or inability to provide the service, the Organizer will offer either an equivalent alternative solution or a full refund of any sums already paid.

Article 5 – Responsibilities

  • Échappée Verte SARL undertakes to provide the services described with care and professionalism.
  • However, it cannot be held liable in the event of exceptional and unforeseeable circumstances (bad weather, strikes, administrative decisions, force majeure).
  • The Customer remains responsible for their behavior, compliance with safety instructions, and possession of the necessary travel documents (passport, visas, personal insurance).

Article 6 – Insurance

Échappée Verte SARL has professional liability insurance. The Customer is invited to take out personal insurance covering travel-related risks (cancellation, accident, medical assistance, loss or theft of luggage).

Article 7 – Consumer Protection

In accordance with Moroccan law No. 31-08 on consumer protection, all essential information about the services (price, content, payment terms, cancellation policy) is made available to the Customer prior to any booking.

Article 8 – Disputes and Applicable Law

This contract is governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to its execution or interpretation shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Morocco.

Article 9 – Acceptance

By confirming their reservation online or signing the quote, the Customer acknowledges that they have read these general terms and conditions of sale and accept them without reservation.

An electronic signature (checkbox and online validation click) constitutes definitive acceptance.
